Went in today to get a quote for my cracked screen iPhone 6 Plus. Well priced compared to others. Proceeded to carry... out repair and was told it will take 30mins. Went on with my day and came back half an hour later and screen was all fixed. Phone was like new again. I recommend this place as it is incredibly efficient and effective. i've been to many phone repair places, and idoc is easily the best out of all of them ! The man who served me was... really friendly, helpful and genuine, and fixed my phone really quickly for a super reasonable price :) it only took half an hour for him to replace my screen AND my back camera lens, whereas I've gone to other places that take a whole day for smaller jobs. Plus, I got a free screen protector! Overall would highly recommend!!read more

Came here based on the reviews I read here - and am glad I did! My screen had cracked, and I went to another shop... (which was kinda nearby) and they fixed the screen but stuffed up my camera and vibrating function in the process - and I just didn’t feel comfortable going back. Decided to come here - and the bloke was professional, friendly and very informative - explained the process to me - and told me they needed a day or two to get the specific part needed, and I came back 2 days later, and the part was there, and hey presto, all done and too easy. The receipt has a 1 year warranty - and I had my camera, vibrating function & battery all fixed. Highly recommended! 😀read more

Absolutely the best value and service to fix your iPhone! When the glass back of my iPhone 8+ was shattered - most... places I approached had told me that they wouldn’t fix it - but at IDOC it was fixed within 2 hours and honestly looks as good as new. They have also fixed my front screen on another occasion and this was even quicker. I am so so happy with their service and they are always friendly and helpful. My nearly 4-year-old iPhone 6S stopped charging, after some troubleshooting I figured it was the lightning port which... was faulty so I took it to the Chadstone Apple Store where they, after waiting the whole morning and a bit of the afternoon for my turn at the Genius Bar, couldn't figure out was wrong with it and quoted $400 to replace the entire device, losing all my data in the process. Instead I brought it here and the gentleman accurately diagnosed the problem and replaced the port for $50 in half an hour. Would recommend anytime.read more
